Single mom Raising boys

Raising kids is very rewarding to me its the best job in the world, I would not trade a second with my boys for anything in the world. But there are days that raising two boys as a single mom does leave you going huh???
One thing I have to say is that raising boys really shows you how men are because ultimately they might be taller but they are boys. They want all and they want it now lol!!!
But I was raised by my mom(my parents split when I was 7). I am an only child so no brothers. And my selection of boyfriends has been poor to put it nicely. And here I am raising two boys well so far I have to say I must be doing something right. My boys 2 and 4 are great little guys. They are loving, smart, sweet, caring and just all out wonderful.
My first challenge was potty training, how am I supposed to teach my little boy to pee?? Well I tackled it, so what if he pees sitting down. ut my point is what abut the rest of the challenges how do we deal with them to make sure our boys are good people. I guess that is the question on every parents mind. But I guess there is only one answer do the best you can and hope your child makes the right choices.

  2. I have raised a boy and 2 girls, and it's definitely very different. I have to admit that it was easier not having to worry about the "fountain" when changing girls, except you still ended up with puddles.

  3. Sounds like you have your hands full, but it will all be worth it! I've heard that Cheerios can be helpful when potty training boys. Following you back from this weekend. Thanks for stopping by!

  7. Hi, from Mom Bloggers Club Moms Helping Moms. You have some kind of a funky pop up on your site. I am unsure if you are aware of it, and it states you need to add additional plug ins. Anyway I was a single mom for three years before I met my husband. I have a great respect for the difficulties single moms endure.
